The short version

Scriptly is free. Use it responsibly, follow Discord’s rules, and review third-party scripts before running them. Your use of the bot is subject to the terms below.

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Scriptly, a free Discord bot operated from Georgia, United States. By adding Scriptly to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the bot and remove it from your server.

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements for your country and be legally able to accept these terms. If parental or guardian consent is required by applicable law, obtain that consent before using Scriptly.

02About Scriptly

Scriptly helps you discover scripts sourced from third-party websites, including ScriptBlox, RSScript, and RO Script. Scriptly is free to use. The bot provides access to third-party material; it does not guarantee that any script is safe, accurate, functional, or permitted by a game or platform.

Scriptly is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord, Roblox, or the listed script websites. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

03Acceptable use

Use Scriptly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the rules of your server, and the terms of any game, website, or platform you use.

Do not use the bot to distribute malware, steal credentials or personal information, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, evade platform protections, or gain unauthorized access to systems. Do not spam commands, disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass its safeguards.

04Third-party scripts & websites

Scripts, links, and other material obtained through Scriptly come from independent third parties. Their availability, content, licenses, and privacy practices are outside Scriptly’s control. Access to a script does not give you ownership of it or permission to reuse it beyond its applicable license.

Review scripts before downloading or running them. They may contain harmful code, stop working, or violate a platform’s rules. You are responsible for deciding whether to use them and for any resulting account restrictions, loss of data, or other consequences. Report suspected harmful or infringing content to the support contact below.

05Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of Scriptly and for having permission to add or configure it in a Discord server. Server administrators are responsible for the permissions they grant and for following their server’s rules.

Do not share passwords, account tokens, financial information, or other sensitive information through bot commands. Use appropriate precautions when reviewing third-party code and do not run code you do not understand or trust.

06Privacy & data

Using Scriptly involves interactions through Discord. Discord and any third-party websites you visit handle information under their own privacy policies. These terms do not replace those policies or provide a complete description of Scriptly’s data practices.

For questions about information processed by Scriptly, or to request assistance with your data, contact supportscriptly@gmail.com. A separate privacy notice should describe the bot’s actual data collection, use, retention, and deletion practices.

07Availability & changes

Scriptly is provided on an as-available basis. Features or sources may be changed, limited, or discontinued. The bot may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or other issues. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access or ongoing availability of a particular script.

08Suspension & termination

Access may be restricted or suspended when use violates these terms, poses a security risk, harms others, or interferes with the service. You can stop using Scriptly at any time and remove it from servers you manage. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

09Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scriptly and third-party material are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No guarantee is made that scripts are free of malicious code, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scriptly’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or access to an account arising from use of the bot or third-party content.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections. You remain entitled to rights and remedies that the law does not allow these terms to waive.

11Governing law & updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

These terms may be updated. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required by law, notice of material changes will be provided. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
